Free compiler for ModelMuse

A number of people have contacted about me about compiling their own
versions of ModelMuse. ModelMuse is compiled with the Delphi compiler
from Embarcadero. Right now through September 9, they are offering the
Starter Edition of Delphi for free. I have modified the source code of
ModelMuse so that it can be compiled with the Starter Edition.

Can some explain to me or refer me to a section  MODFLOW Manual the where the cumulative budget at the bottom of the listing file is explained (the  INs and the OUTs). Are these with respect to the model or with respect to the aquifer?
