Error in writing Modflow 6 files using FloPy

Dear all,

I'm working on a Modflow project similar to Sagehen problem in the Modflow documentation, comprised of UZF, SFR, and MVR packages. I'm using Modflow 6 by FloPy.  While running the model, I encountered an error (while writing the MVR package). I attached the pictures of the error report. I would greatly appreciate it if somebody could help rectify the error.
