Request for guide using PEST in ModelMuse

Hello everyone,

As part of my master's thesis, I've been using Modflow 6 and ModelMuse to develop a multi-layered coastal aquifer model. I've finalized the conceptual model and now want to calibrate some parameters using PEST. I'm new to PEST. Can someone guide me or share any resource that has worked examples of a multilayer aquifer in ModelMuse?
