Cannot open template file and instruction file while using PEST

Hello everyone, I am using modelmuse MODFLOW-NWT for my thesis work. I have setup a modflow model in transient state with sixteen stress periods and each stress period length is 365 days. Model runned successfully without any convergence issue. 

I am calibrating hydraulic conductivity and specific yield. While exporting PEST control file i got error messages like cannot open instruction and instruction file. i have attached that screenshot below.  Hope someone will help.
