Simulating groundwater flow

Hello, 

I wanna simulate groundwater flow in coastal areas (ocean) where I have glaciers (and maybe permafrost) as well. Which model and software do you recommend?

My main goal is to find out what is the rate of groundwater discharge using simulation? and later model rate of discharging water components and constituents (i.e. trace metals, nutrients) that transport with groundwater toward seawater?
