Converting active cells to inactive cells

My question. I need to convert some active cells to become inactive cells. How i can do that? I'm using vmf version 11.0

You can only set active/inactive cells explicitly for numerical models that were created using the numerical modeling workflow. If that's the case, you can change the active/inactive status of a cell or group of cells in the View/Edit Grid workflow using the tools under Inactive Cells in the Toolbox. If you started the project using the conceptual modeling workflow and converted a conceptual model + grid into a numerical model, then this option is not available.

In Visual MODFLOW Flex, go to Numerical Model → Property Zone → IBOUND (Active/Inactive).

Select the cells using the Polygon or Select tool, then set Cell Status = Inactive.

Click Apply and rebuild the model to update inactive cells.
