Hello friends, I hope you are all doing well and staying healthy. I have run a flow model in GMS using MODFLOW. To analyze its uncertainty, I want to perform consecutive runs with random samples using MATLAB and transfer the data there. I am trying to create an executable file, but I keep encountering errors. Do you have any tutorial videos or resources on this topic? I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Why don't you use PEST for that purpose? PESTPP-SWP is meant exactly for that purpose (i.e., to run multiple parameter realisations), but the rest of the family members can perform more sophisticated tasks such as uncertainty analysis.for example.

Dear Jakab
Thank you for your suggestion and explanation. I looked into PESTPP-SWP and it does appear to do exactly what I need. However, I’m not familiar with the PEST family of tools. Could you recommend a fast way to get started so I can use it without spending too much time on learnin?
With the best
Mehri
