Error while uploading shapefile

Hi all,  I am using modelmuse MODFLOW-NWT for my thesis work. while uploading shapefile into model I am getting an error and the error is " Grid generation cancelled because only one column boundary would have been created" . Please help me to get out of this error. The screenshot of this error is attached below. Please someone help on this error. Thank you

Were you trying to use the shapefile to help create the grid or was it for some other reason?

To create grid using the shapefile. While creating grids using shapefile I am getting error. What might be the problem?

My guess is that the cell size you specified for the object you imported from the Shapefile is too large. Try going to the location of the object and check to see how big it is. If the size of the object seems wrong, it may be that the coordinate reference system of the object is different from the one used in the model. If that is the case, you would have to reproject the shapefile so that its coordinate reference system matched the one for your model.
