Frequent errors during ModelMuse model setup/run

I'm using ModelMuse as GUI for MODFLOW (supports MODFLOW-6 as per latest v5.4.0, June 2025), but I encounter the following issues: import problems with DEM/rasters, coordinate mismatches and error when assigning the CHD boundaries, even though I have assigned them. Please help me address these issues.

With regard to your first problem, try using QGIS or another GIS program of your choice to convert the DEM to the coordinate system used in your model. With regard to the second issue, please provide more details.
