Installation of mf_OWHM, and MODFLOW_NWT

facing problems in installation of mf_OWHM and MODFLOW_NWT

I have installed modelmuse, and it is running only MODFLOW 6. I am trying to install MODFLOW_NWT and mf_OWHM. 
while installing MODFLOW_NWT i get the error as bewlow 

FILE UNIT   99 : ERROR CONVERTING "OPTIONS" TO AN INTEGER IN LINE:

 BEGIN OPTIONS

while installing the MF_OWHM i get the error 

 THE UNKNOWN PACKAGE IS "BEGIN"

the nam file is provided in picture , the nam file is also provided as text below.

In ModelMuse, under Model Selection, select the appropriate model type.
