Con respecto alos horarios tenemos pensado lo siguiente:

On Saturday  28 we should be in Sacramento at 7 p.m.

 
El sabado 28 deberiamos estar mas o menos a las 19hs en Sacramento

Our return to Sacramento on the days of the classes can be  2nd at night or 3rd in the morning, as well as  the 9th at night or 10th in the morning.

 
Nuestro regreso de Modesto a Sacramento los dias de las clases puden ser sea el 2 a la noche que el 3 por la mañana como tambien el 9 a la noche o el 10 a la mañana.
como sea mas comodo tambien para ustedes.

Gracias por tu bondad en aceptar nuestras condiciones. 

Estamos planeando la  transportacion entre Modesto Y Sacramento, y necesitamos saber:

Sabado,  28 de Julio, a que hora necesitas estar en Sacramento de nuevo?

Miercoles, Agosto 1 y 7, necesitaras regresar a Sacramento  esa misma noche  para reqresar a Modesto el proximo dia, o te quedas con Carol para regresar Jueves por la noche, o prefieres regresar a Sacramento  el Viernes, y a que hora?

 

Se que todavia hay tiempo para hacer estos planes, pero siempre es mas facil cuando se sabe cuales son los requisitos en cuanto a los horarios.

Gracias por tu respuesta. Entendemos lo que nos comentas y aceptaos tu propuesta. Esperemos que la comunidad de Modesto crezca siempre mas!!
Les pedimos simplemente de proveer al hospedaje nuestro y al traslado (estaremos en Sacramento).
entonces quedaria todo confirmado de esta manera:
Exibicion el 27 de Julio mas clase introductoria
Clases el 1-2 y 8-9 de Agosto
El costo de las clases privadas es de 100$ exluso la renta del estudio.
Si todo ya esta bien les mandamos las fotos en alta definicion para la publicidad y los temas de las clases.

I'd like to see Oscar do our regular Saturday workshop
as well as both of the following Wednesdays and
Thursdays. What does everyone think about Oscar
teaching our regular beginning and intermediate
Saturday class and then limiting the Wed and Thurs. to
intermediates.? Private lessons could be during the
day on both Thursdays.

I don't know - as I'm planning to do both the Friday and Saturday night milongas with Oscar, I say let the guy rest -- that's what I'm going to do !
