Dear All,

I have written an open letter in Punjabi (Khulli Chitthi) to the Principal of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi. It concerns the issue of Academic Freedom and victimization of teachers who take up genuine issues confronting the Ad-Hoc. teachers in particular and the teaching community in general. After distributing it in academic institutions in Delhi and Punjab,the individual as well as institutional response evoked is very encouraging. This has prompted me to share the letter with you.

Hoping for your attention, response and solidarity to uphold the values of academic enquiry and the dignity of profession!
