Dear santosh

you are asolutely right. there has been no mail on the list since the
last meeting. that 's because no body uploded anything ! However, there
has been no meeting as asuch for further discussing the paper.

I would like to remind others also that the modern delhi email list is
not just for deciding to meet at a physical venue. please go ahead and
treat this as a discussion forum - for issues relating to this paper
and more.
