Ndongo Samba Sylla is Africa Regional Director, Research and Policy for International Development Economics Associates Ltd -- IDEAs, for short. Sylla spoke at the Third International MMT Conference at Stony Brook back in 2019 and was an instructor at the Levy Institute Summer Seminar in 2022. He is the co-author of Africa’s Last Colonial Currency: The CFA Franc Story (with Fanny Pigeaud), which we talked about here back in 2019 before its English translation had appeared.
