MHN going forward

Is anyone going to take the MHN code and update it to work on the most recent OS's and update the bugs discovered. I think this is a great platform but over the years the platform has degraded. Why does threatstream not continue the development?

I have already tried to install over 20 times on different systems, everything is fine on 18.04, but... 

  Obtaining hpfeeds-dev from git+https://github.com/threatstream/hpfeeds/#egg=hpfeeds-dev (from -r requirements.txt (line 12))
  Cloning https://github.com/threatstream/hpfeeds/ to ./env/src/hpfeeds-dev
  Running command git clone -q https://github.com/threatstream/hpfeeds/ /opt/mnemosyne/env/src/hpfeeds-dev
Username for 'https://github.com':  

this repository is no longer available. If possible, could anybody please make a VBOX or VARGANT box and post it. All other options don't work...
