Urban parameters by percentage

Hello there.

Is it possible to simulate the FAR with the setbacks defined by percentage of the lot sides, instead of its absolute size? For example, my local regulation does not pose a predefined value for the front setback in meters; instead, it says that my front setback is 20% of the length of the lot. Is it possible in Modelur?

Hi Fernando,

Unfortunatelly setbacks are not yet implemented in Modelur. So it is good to hear other ways of defining setbacks.
Is this percentage thing only specific to your municipality or do you also know a few other that also use percentage rather than absolute distance?

So far, as I know, this percentage calculation is specific to the allotment I live. The municipality uses absolute measures, in meters.
