Last week's reading was on Lineari Regression. It was a pretty simple chapter and did not really go into the depths of it.
All of Statistics and
Regression & Other Stories cover Linear Regression better. We can pick them up if required.
There is a statement in this chapter that "regressions can rule out explanations." I don't think so. In one of my blogs, I wrote how regression falsely rules out an explanation:
Interpreting Regression Coefficients. Do regressions with categorical independent variables and then plot them visually to really understand what they are trying to do.
