Can -s 203 only be used with amino acid data?

Hi there,

We offer ModeltestNG in CIPRES.

One user reported that a failure when -s 203 was used for his DNA data.

A search of ModelTest-NG jobs in our ARCHIVE for the past two years showed for runs that specified -s 203,

- all jobs with DNA data sets failed, while

- many jobs with AA data sets worked.

Just curious if this is intended, or a known issue with the software?

The error message is:
