Hello!
I just downloaded jModelTest from github, version 2.1.10. After installing it, I saw that it needs a binary from PhyML to run. However, it seems that no PhyML binaries that are compatible are actually available anymore, as described in this issue https://github.com/ddarriba/jmodeltest2/issues/44

The program seems unable to use any of the binaries that are currently available from PhyML, which have different names and represent different versions of PhyML. jModelTest only seems to accept "PhyML_3.0_macOS_i386". The only place I could even find a copy of "PhyML_3.0_macOS_i386" was here: https://github.com/713/project/blob/master/dependencies/jmodeltest-2.1.3/exe/phyml/PhyML_3.0_macOS_i386

I tried putting that one in the proper folder. But then I get a message saying that it's not a compatible version and the program fails. All of this is also described in the github issue linked above.

What can I do to get jModelTest running?

Thanks!
-Teresa
