CloseFile Failed Error in Modelsim installation

I have installed Modelsim as System Administrator and when I complete installation and click on the finish button, a License Request form must open in internet explorer. But instead of the Request form, I get an error saying "Severe: CloseFile Failed" and when I click on ok, There will be no Request form. I need a Licence for simulating Verilog Code. Please Help
