Synopsys design compiler

I am trying to download a synopsys design compiler software from Internet. Does anybody know if there is an evaluation version that I could use (downloading link?)? Besides, it looks like synopsis design compiler is the most powerful one. What is the difference between synopsis design compiler and quartus II analysis and synthesis module?
