registering for student edition of the software

Dear Friends

Please help in registering for student edition of the software.
As the following link is not working http://portal.model.com/modelsim/student_edition/registration.asp.
After filling up the form and submitting it shows file not found
error.

Try this:

http://portal.model.com/modelsim/downloads/license_agreement_form_gen.asp

compile every field ( don't forget to tick "I understand that this is
NOT for corporate or production use etc..")
request download.

It should work, I've just tried it.
