If you are having problems
receiving the emails for either downloading ModelSim PE Student Edition, or the
license file, please follow the instructions below.
If you have not received the
Download Instructions Email:
This email will have been sent
by sales_info[at]mentor.com. If you
have not received it then one of the following may have occurred.
- The email was sent to your Spam/Junk folder. Check the spam/junk folder, and if it is there set your spam filters so that all email from @mentor.com is regarded as a safe sender.
- When you registered for your Mentor account, you may have specified an incorrect email address, or the email address you specified may no longer be valid. Check your account profile to make sure the email shown is still valid, and make sure that you are checking that email address’s inbox.
- If neither of those works, try using a different email address, and change your account email address.
If you have not received the License File Email:
This email will have been sent by info[at]model.com. If you have not received it
then one of the following may have occurred.
- The email was sent to your Spam/Junk folder. Check the spam/junk folder, and if it is there set your spam filters so that all email from @model.com is regarded as a safe sender.
- When you completed the license request form, you may have specified an incorrect email address.
- If neither of those works, try using a different email address, and change your account email address. To do that you will need to uninstall the ModelSim PE Student Edition, reinstall it and complete the license request again.
