The Installer not working PLEASE HELP

I'm having problems installing modelsim pe student edition,  when I open the installer, a loading bar appears, loads and the disappears without opening the installer, no matter how many times I try, it just doesn't work. I've even turned off the antivirus and windows firewall.

I just downloaded the installer, followed all the instructions and it is working now!
