Beca predoctoral en ecología y secuenciación. "Effect of oil pollution on the functional diversity of benthic microbial communities"
We are seeking a highly motivated Ph.D. candidate to work in the area of microbial/
molecular ecology The position is available at the Equipe Environnment et Microbiologie,
University of Pau et des Pays de l’Adour, France. (For more information on the research
group, see: http://iprem-eem.univ-pau.fr/live/. The successful candidate should have relevant
knowledge in aquatic microbial/molecular ecology and bioinformatics, statistics, as well as
fluency in English, self-initiative, and ability to collaborate. It is expected that the candidate
will stay for short periods at different research centers (collaborating partners). Funding
will be covered by a MRT fellowship granted by the French minister of research and the
gross salary per month is approx 1.600 €. An earned MSc. degree is required for the PhD
appointment.
