Switching off Cogeneration Unit

Hey!

I am testing the CogenerationUnit example in the library. I found that when input to the cogen unit (u) is set to 0 (turning off) after it has been running for some time, the simulation runs into error (division by zero). I tried to understand why this might be happening but I cannot find a solution to this problem, since the model itself is fairly straightforward. 

Can you please help me out with this?
