as it is now, ModelEarth (just a working name) is at its conceptual stage.
At this time I am trying to generate enough interest in the idea,
especially among programmers and developers, so that the project could
be started, if only as a model of a model initially.
I think that the best for this project would be to run it as an "open
source"--I don't see that there would ever be a time that the idea
would stop from developing.
Maybe, just for now, you could join the gmail group (modelearth - link
bellow), and when there is anything going on in regards of the project
you would know; so far nothing of any interest has been happening.
