How do you use SES with a cfdiv bind like this:

<CFDIV

id="juris" bind="url:#event.linkto('page.areainfo')#&areaid={areaid}" />
This works just find if I don't turn on SES.  But turning on SES it no longer works.

I tried changing the link above to event.linkto('page.areainfo','areaid') and <CFSET event.setvalue('areaid',{areaid}) /> but that doesn't work although I wish it did.  I can understand why it wouldn't but don't know how to get around this.

TIA,

Someone else is going to have to answer this. I hate SES Urls and wish they were not in ModelGlue. I don't use them, don't like them and know next to nothing about the implementation in MG3...

Sorry :(

You wouldn't, sorry.... that's not to say that it doesn't make sense to add this as a feature.  Could you log a bug?  We could add a function like event.bindUrl() to create a bind url.

I added a ticket #340.  Hope I did it right.

Dave,

I'm coming back to this bug/enhancement request (http://bugs.model-glue.com/ticket/342) . I'll make the feature bindURL if you will help me figure out what it should do.

All,

Dave had a good suggestion that we add a bindURL that allows URLS for binding to DIVS and to work with the Javascript client side integrations. I'd like to hear opinions/requests on how the feature should work.  What should bindURL() do? How should it be structured?
