"Hello,
For some reason, I can't figure out how to make posts to the modeco
google
group although my membership has been accepted.

I've successfully used modeco for one-class svm, but I have a couple
of
suggestions in the software development side of things.

1) I'm making an ensemble model using presence only data. I'd like to
calculate tpr of the ensemble model, but I made one of the models
using
garp in open modeller and I made the ensemble map in arcgis. It would
be
nice if I were able to import ascii result files from other software
packages and validate them using your software since it has pull down
menus do that sort of thing.

2) Since I couldn't load my ensemble map to do the validation, I tried
making some pseudo absence points in Modeco which worked fine, but the
problem is, that now I can't export the pseudo absence points in order
to
run the tpr analysis elsewhere. It would be nice if there were a file
save
option to save the pseudo absence points as text files.

Thanks,
Helen"
