Strong mod_python (Publisher) cache issue

Heyas, I'm having some interesting errors with my python app... if
you look at http://www.bybirth.net/features/features.py/, about 3/4 of
the time on my page reloads, you'll notice that the navigation tabs end
up at the bottom. This is because the page includes a div id of
"header" instead of "nav-header" which is how an older version of one
of my py was written. The current version serves up nav-header, which
puts the navigation tabs in the correct place, but most of the time, if
I just hold down F5 on the page, I end up getting the non-working
version instead of the current version. Any ideas why this could be
happening?

try restarting the apache process (/etc/init.d/httpd restart)
