Notification are not passed to Notifcation Queue

Hi,

The Nofications are passed by local service notification, when the Host/Service is not mapped to Hostgroups, and not to the Nofication Queues.

The Nagios version is 4.2.4 and Mod-Gearman is 3.0.3 on RHEL-7 server.

I'm looking for a help, pass all the notifcations to the Notification queue.
