Set path to plugins

Dear list,
I'm wondering if it's possible to set path to plugins. I'm thinking about Naemon setup with more than one gearman job
server - do I need to install the plugins exactly the same way as on Naeemon server?

  The paths are resolved by naemon / nagios if I am not mistaken. Mod_gearman just runs them.

  Whatever path defined in the check_command will be used by mod_gearman.
