I would reinstall mura cms. I have created a new folder with new mura installation and changed DocumentRoot in vhost. Reloaded Apache I view old installation.
How can update configuration?

Just restart Tomcat and your new Apache settings will be loaded into Tomcat on the next site hit. ;)
