Ruby library for creating tickets

Hi there,

Am using mod_auth_pubtkt with ruby / rack apps here. Have created a
gem for generating tickets that I thought this list might be
interested in:

Quick comment - in <http://github.com/matth/mod_auth_pubtkt_rb/blob/master/lib/mod_auth_pubtkt.rb>, there appears to be a leftover hardcoded grace_period in create_ticket().
