Hi SC,
One of my favorite summer recipes has only two ingredients. I use this
as a dip for fresh strawberries, so I suppose it would really be three
ingredients. :) Here it is... You take an 8 ounce package of cream
cheese (the low fat works just as well), and a jar of Kraft marshmallow
creme. Mix them together and you have a wonderful tasting cheesecake
type dip for fruit.

Cream Cheese Cabbage
4 C shredded cabbage
1 - 3 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 TBSP light cream
1/4 tsp celery seed
Cook cabbage, covered in just a little water until just
tender; drain well. Soften cream cheese, blend in cream,
and celery seed. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss lightly with cabbage and serve immediately.
Be sure not to overcook cabbage.
Pinkie Winkie Salad (This is to die for! IMHO)
1 pint cottage cheese
1 small pkg raspberry Jell-O
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1-1/2 C whipping cream, whipped
Stir together cottage cheese and Jell-O. Add pineapple and
cream and mix well.
I have quite a few other recipes that only call for four ingredients
But perhaps you could specify what types of recipes you're looking
for. Do you want appetizer recipes? Main meals? Deserts?
Many of my 4 ingredient or less recipes call for things like
canned soups or store bought mixes. Are you interested in
these or just recipes that use basic ingredients?
