Xerox 9700 bitmap files?

Could anyone send us a description of the .IMG (bitmap) files
for a Xerox 9700 with "GHO" option? Failing that does anyone
know where we could get such a description?
It is my understanding that these particular printers do not
understand Interpress. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
