Printer says "Calibrating Build Plate" after uploading a .gcode file from Cura with the .ini file provided by New Matter and then it just stays still and the build plate doesn't move, and right after that it just goes to idle or it turns to disconnected and goes to idle. I saw that tutorial on that blog, but it didn't help, because the ini file didn't work, from Ini files from here (new matter support desk), https://github.com/tripflex/MOD-t/tree/master/Cura, and the other blog that was on the forums that was recommended to be looked at. Is there any alternatives to Cura that are simple or is there an easy fix, because this error is frustrating, also now it even seems I can't even print from the store for an odd reason. The test print worked by the way, so I don't know whats happening. It also does this from in store prints.

This is a pretty old post so i don't know if you're gonna read this but for anybody else getting here by googling, i just had this and i don't know if this is what caused it or it was something in the various combinations of resets i did BUT i fixed it by lowering the z-axis with the thumbscrew on the back. it was pretty hard bound on at the top from my last print so i guess the software was seeing that it couldn't move Z and just kicked out. it would be nice if the mod-t actually communicated the error (it is in the logfile as an unknown error so it knows SOMETHING happened) instead of just doing a silent fail that leaves the user clueless.
