Few weeks ago my Mod T stopped working (heating element) so I replace it with a few spare parts bought online. Back then it was printing as usual and there were no issues.

After replacing the hot end, I was able to load filament correctly, (the hot end is heating and the extruder is pushing the filament as well) but since then I tried to upload a file for printing and even the test printing included in the application is not loading, it starts the loading window but the bar doesn´t move from 0%, the front button starts blinking but there is no progress at all. After a while if push the front button and restarting the aplication the printer is shown as disconnected.

I am using the latest app and firmware over windows 10, even changed the USB cable, resintalled the application, switch no a new computer but it doesn´t do anything.

Please help.

Hmm might want to check the SD card and afterwards you might have to put it in dfu. Because your SD card might be toast.
As in no more available room. Then again I dunno how the mod-t handles file handling it may as well be full 4gb can fill up if it assigns different file names, And fails to delete just two suggestions. I dunno what file system is might need a Linux system to check although arduino and such usually use fat32. So might want to check the SD card first.

Thank you terramir, that was indeed the problem, I had a couple of extra (micro) sd cards I used an 8 GB formated fat32 and it worked again.

Glad, I could help.
I have a question though is the card full or broken? Cause if it's full you could delete your old prints.

Actually I couldn't read it on the computer so I think it was broken, would've been nice to read all the previous printings thoug,
