Did the print queue shut down already?

I can access the website with all the usual sections but it always says my printer is offline. The LED stopped working on the front a while ago but i'm pretty sure it's still powering up, and i haven't yet install the latest desktop software + firmware so wi-fi access should still be working.

Am i right to assess that part of the website functionality (the one that matters) is now down?
