large request bodies and mod_spdy?

I am curious how mod_spdy handles potentially large request bodies. Is there anything in SPDY that prevents those bodies from being interleaved with other requests / request bodies? If not, how [conceptually] does mod_spdy buffer those bodies to make them available from the mocked request/connection?
