What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow install from source instructions at
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/module/build_mod_pagespeed_from_source
on a stock Scientific Linux 7 machine


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Running ./out/Release/mod_pagespeed_test, get one failed test:
[ RUN ] AprFileSystemTest.TestDirInfo

Directory not empty)
pagespeed/kernel/base/file_system_test_base.cc:420: Failure
Value of: dir_info.size_bytes
Actual: 12288
Expected: dir_size * 2 + FileSize(content1) + FileSize(content2)
Which is: 20480
