AH01630: client denied by server configuration

Hi All,

I have configured mod_pagespeed with Server version: Apache/2.2.22 (Unix) , I am able to see css/js/images are cached and worked fine as expected.  

Now I migrated to Server version: Apache/2.4.7 (Unix), css files are not able to download and shows 403 forbidden in the browser console, 

Below are the httpd/error.log

can you please guide me what i did wrong with migration of 2.4.7

Hi,

I'm an Nginx guy but I do know that mod_authz_core was introduced in Apache 2.3, which changed how access control is declared. 

I'd check the basics first and report back:

Order and Allow directives have been replaced with the Require directive:
