Ran several tests with corefilters on and noticed two issues
1. The js files are not minified
2. they are not combined

Anyone has faced this issue? Is there a solution for this?

Thanks

If you request the page with ?PageSpeedFilters+debug is on, the module will write out debug comments in the html sources, right after the js files that did not get minified/combined.
Do these comments provide a clue?

You may have to explicitly authorize domains for optimization when they are different from the one the site uses to serve html:
See https://modpagespeed.com/doc/domains

The js combiner may need some more time to wrap up computing its optimized output.
What does the html look like after you refresh the page a few times?

Strangely,

<!--4xx status code, preventing rewriting of

is what I am hitting - the expiry disappeared.

Wondering, when the domain is added and the file is present.

Thanks

Noticed the below in the error_log file,
Error status=670002 (Name or service not known) serf_connection_create2

Any help please?

Thanks

It looks like mod_pagespeed isn't able to resolve one or more of the domains that the html refers to. The module needs to be able to get to the original resources to be able to optimize them. You could try applying LoadFromFile or MapOriginDomain:

Otto, thanks much for the help with this.

I resolved earlier in the day by adding a record in /etc/hosts file.

Appreciated
