PageSpeed Serf fetch failure rate extremely high...

Hello Guys,

I need a specialist to help me to fix this issue with PageSpeed:

PageSpeed Serf fetch failure rate extremely high; only 65 of 142 recent fetches fully successful; is fetching working?

Here is my configuration:

• Php 7.0.30
• Apache 2.4.33
• Percona MySQL 5.6.39
• With Prestashop 1.6.1.18
• ubuntu 16.04.1

Is there something to look in the PageSpeed Configuration to avoid this kind of issue ?
