TMS adressing system

Hi list,
There's somethings i don't understand in your demo site :

The tile system of the tiles i get with the TMS demopage seems to be google. Not TMS.

Do i have to configure a specific grid to get excatly TMS adressing system :
like http://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/13/4095/2724.png

Hi, Sorry for this newbe question. i still don't understand why the adressing systems of these 2 tiles are different.
These tilesets are supposed to be exposed in TMS. isn't it ?
