Found this little gem tonight. It is missing the treatments for pelvic/ureter tumors (perform a nephroureterectomy aka complete removal of the kidney and ureter). As well as Squamous cell carcinoma of the pelvis which is associated with stones/inflamation and painless has gross hematuria. Adenocarcioma also caused by stones pyelonephrtis and hydronephrosis. All of these are very rare.

Happy studying,
Taylor
