AIG Meeting at NOON TODAY!  BSEB 320!  Free food!  Come listen to our soon-to-be interns as they discuss what it takes to match into this highly competitive specialty.

 

We will be voting on new officers by paper ballot at the meeting.  If you cannot attend, you can e-mail me your vote.

 

Choose: 2 Co-presidents,  1 Treasurer,  3 StuCo Reps.  Platforms are attached to this e-mail.  Online Voting will close byWednesday at 11:59 PM.

Good Afternoon all,

 

The Anesthesiology Interest Group will be holding its final meeting of the year on Monday, 4/22, at Noon in room 320 of the BSEB. 

 

Our graduating MS4s that matched into Anesthesia will be hosting a lovely Q&A about all things related to the Match, so this is an event you certainly do not want to miss!  Come learn what it takes to match into a specialty that's becoming more and more competitive.  Of course, lunch will be served!

 

Additionally, we will be holding Officer Elections for the upcoming term.  At the meeting, we will be electing:

(2) Co-Presidents (I will be running again)

(1) Treasurer *new position*

(3) StuCo Representatives

 

If you wish to run for an office, please submit your platform to tyler-m...@ouhsc.edu by Sunday, April 21st, at 5 PM. 

 

Finally, we will be voting to Amend the AIG Constitution to include the positions of Treasurer and StuCo Representatives, and amend the AIG By-Laws to reflect these changes.  The proposed changes are attached to this e-mail; they require a 3/4ths vote of meeting attendees to pass.
