Hey guys,

Some of us were interested in knocking out the ALS/BLS course over spring break so we don't have to do it during our weeks between boards and the start of rotations.  (I assume we'd need those to be on the floors).  The place that does it just across the street from school, next to Kamps/Java Daves on 10th, but if we get enough people they will come to us.  I think myself and Taylor are down as it is - if you have any interest, respond ASAP with which day or days you'd be interested in doing - ALS is 2 days this go around.

When: Saturday March 24 all day - this cuts what would take three days into one day so its pretty sweet
Where: Building of Kamps 1910 restaurant 2nd floor
Cost: BLS $35 ACLS $125 this may go up since this is the re-certification price not certain. If memory serves this is the same price as OU's.

Does this work for those who said they were interested and is anyone else interested now that we have the date?

In a day or two I will send another email to those who are interested and you will go to LSTofOKC.com and register select that date and classes and register for the course.

If I can get a final count and people registered I can run over there and pick up the ACLS book and leave them in the mod since the lady recommended going through it before hand to make it easier or you can pick them up on your own time.

Just got some more details.

They are going to match the price of the school course so it will cost $130 for both bls and acls. In addition when you leave there you will be fully certified and will not need to perform a skills exam at a separate time we will do it all on saturday
The course starts at 800 am and was told that we should be out around 400 pm.
They provide breakfast and lunch but we will be working through lunch so it is not a break to go to Mcnellies for a pint or three.
