Migration to github

Hello all,
I start using mockitopp some months ago to improve my unit tests and I like it.
Due to the incoming closing of google code, I've just backup the code to a github repository
It make a copy of source, history and issues tickets.
I'm going to try to spend a bit of time on importing (and updating) the wiki guides too.

For being clear : I'm not trying to take credit on mockitopp, I'm trying to emphasize the fact that I'm just copying the existing project into the README and documentations.
If any main contributor have a problem with that process, or being hosted on github, we can talk about it.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm planning to migrate mockitopp to my github account (https://github.com/tpounds) this week if you would like to fork it. I'll follow up once I have exported it.

Hey Eric,

I just exported the project to Github under my account. I did this in favor of using the version you exported so I could rewrite the original history with the correct github attributions for author/committer. Feel free to clone the repo and submit any upstream changes via pull requests.
