Inline mock maker cannot create mock if some annotations are not on the class path

Hi,

Not sure if it's a bug or feature, or if it's known, just got the following screen on attempt to mock Vert.x FileSystem interface. It has some annotations like @VertxGen, @Fluent etc, which are normally not really needed. Adding vertx-codegen to dependencies fixed the problem.
